My time camping at anaura bay
One day me and my family went camping at anaura bay motor camp. me and my sister had a plan to sneak out and play in the water at night time. We were going to play games and walk on the beach. I wanted it to be night already. We were setting up our ginormous caravan . My sister was sharing a room, my mum had her own room and my nan had her own room too. Me and my sister had this really cool bunk bed “i debs top bunk” i said we changed into our togs and spirited to the sand.
“The last one there is a rotten egg,” my sister yelled. When my sister and I got there she got there first. I ran straight to the water. I splashed down in the deep blue sea. There was a huge wave. I grabbed my surfboard and quickly jumped up onto the big blue wave. I was surfing across the sea. I hoped back into the sea there was an even bigger wave coming and I was ready 1,2,3, jump! I leaped on it was epic. I was wobbling back and forth in the waves until I got tired.
When I got out of the water it was lunchtime and my poppa surprised us with a big barbecue. We had meat patties, buns and other burger things to make our own burgers. By the time I was finished it was six o'clock. My family was eating dinner. We had steak and pasta and it filled my tummy up.
We were going to bed at 8 o'clock so when that time came flying by we hopped into our cozy beds. I was ready to sneak out of the tent. My sister heard everyone snoring. That's when it was our time to get out. We quietly changed into our togs and tip-toed out the first bit which was the hardest. I checked the time quickly. It was 1:30. It was pitch black the only light resources were our torch and the stars. I was petrified but then I thought about how we were going swimming in the sea. We ran over to the sand until we saw this man randomly laying on the sand. I couldn't see him properly. All I saw was a black figure. it was pitch black outside he said “hello girls would you like some candy.” the strange guy said. “NO thank you” we said “HE HE HE” he giggled. We were horrified. We sprinted as fast as we could and back into the tent. We put on our pajamas and grabbed our teddies and hopped into our beds. We were getting tired. We had had enough of sneaking out. We put our heads on our pillows, pulled up the blanket and I tried to sleep. I was still so scared about how that guy was so creepy.
